Sell parts for street car, racecar, diesel truck, antique and classic auto parts, and tools to thousands of attendees from Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Canada. Set up is on Saturday, January 30th from noon to 6pm or on Sunday, January 31st at 5am.

The event has been running for over 40 years, making it a great opportunity to connect with customers. The fairgrounds houses four heated buildings, ensuring crowd comfort during this January event. If you have products and services related to parts, tools, racecars, diesel, or garages, this event is an ideal place to showcase your inventory to a wide audience actively searching for such products.

9 x 9' Inside SwapMeet Space

A numbered space will be assigned by URP LLC promotions team. These inside booths are 9'x9'. You may set up the booth in any configuration of your choice with or without tables. Inside vendors receive 2 arm bands for their first booth and 1 additional arm band for each additional booths. Additional arm bands may be prepaid during your set up for $7 each and left at will call for vendors Gate A.

15' x 40' Outside SwapMeet Space

This will be located directly inside the Main gate. A lettered space will be assigned by URP LLC promotions team. You may leave your parked car, truck or trailer in the space of your choice. You may also unload and fill the space, and move your tow/transport vehicle outside of the vendor outdoor exhibit rows. These are typically 15' wide by 40' deep closest to the main door. There is a selection of outdoor spots 15' deep and 40' wide for more frontage display.

Chairs

Chairs are not included with your booth rental. You may supply your own, or rent them from us prior to the show. Price will increase to $5/chair the week of the show.

8' Table

Tables are not included with your booth rental. You may supply your own tables, or rent them from us prior to the show. Price is $10/table the week of the show. If a table is previously damaged, notify Jacob immediately. Damage to tables will incur a $100 fee to the booth vendor per fair contract.

Additional Vendor Arm Bands

NOTE: 2 Vendor Arm Bands are included for 1st booth - 1 additional armband per booth after that) Only vendor Arm bands can enter Saturday noon to 6pm or Sunday 5am to 7am. Non Vendors must wait until 8am Sunday to enter buildings.

Guests may begin calling the hotel directly at 419-222-0004 to make their individual reservations. Please have guests reference the Lima Swap Meet when making reservations to receive the discounted rate.
