Vendors

You may unload and fill the space from inside the building on Saturday set up, and move your tow/transport vehicle outside of the vendor outdoor exhibit rows. All Vendors should arrive on Saturday Jan 25 or Sunday Jan 26th through Gate B, which is the Western gate off Harding Hwy main entrance. Vendors need to have at least 50% of their items are Auto, Truck, High performance, Jeep, drag/dirt racing, Nascar, Hotwheel, garage equipment, tools or man cave related. All items for sale or display are subject to approval by the URP LLC promotions staff for permission to display or items will be asked to be put away in your car/truck outside until end of the show. Vendors need to be set up Sunday by 7AM. All garage doors day of the show must remain closed from 6am to 2pm. Anyone opening garage doors between 6am and 2pm can be asked to leave and forfeit admission to this or future events by URP LLC. Please be respectful of other vendors still selling items, with the wind and cold air blowing around the building when the garage doors are open. The Allen County Fair board has done a fantastic job upgrading all of the heating HVAC in all 4 buildings and we like all of our vendors and attendees to be comfortable inside the buildings in January.

If you need additional electric, 110v you will need to bring your own extension cord and electric is available first come first served. Security will be provided overnight. Vendor set up is Saturday January 25th from noon to 6pm.

Please have a description of the items you are selling and a photo in your registration. Please leave us a note if you are requesting the same booth spaces as 2024 or would like to be relocated for 2025. Thank you so much for coming to our 40th Annual event.
